学生9名と先生2名が、サステナビリティ・ワークショップのため、みどりファーム京都に3日間滞在されました。 生徒たちは、種や苗の植え付け、キノコの栽培、コンポストと農園での使い方、灌漑、トレリス、収穫、料理などについて学びました。
9 students and 2 teachers came to stay at Midori Farm Kyoto for 3 days for a sustainability workshop. Students learned about planting seeds and seedlings, growing mushrooms, composting and how to use it on the farm, irrigation, trellising, harvesting, cooking and more.
