● Our secret to growing delicious, healthy vegetables is through nurturing the soil for optimal plant development, rather than relying on chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The plants grow strong naturally and can defend themselves if necessary.
● Our fields use natural water sources for irrigation, with ancient techniques which don't require electricity or fossil fuels to bring the water to our garden beds.

Pick up, delivery and shipping should be done in the evening on the same day the vegetables are harvested- Monday, Wednesday or Friday. .
Shipping orders should arrive in approximately 2 days, shipping fees vary due to destination.

What is organic farming?

Organic farmers use natural materials such as compost and livestock manure to improve the soil instead of chemicals. We also use environmentally friendly farming practices to control insects, rather than harmful pesticides, to create a healthy growing environment in a sustainable manner. Our practices include producing our own organic transplants, utilizing fallow fields, and composting food scraps and other materials which would otherwise be wasted. Therefore, people and nature can coexist in harmony as the vegetables we grow are safe, nutritious, and delicious.

At Midori Farm, our goal is a sustainable food system. We cultivate unused farmland to produce organic crops in a way that is safe for the environment, the people who work in the fields, and everyone who eats the vegetables grown there.
We not only revive fallow fields and produce over 50 varieties of delicious organic vegetables and herbs, but also provide opportunities to learn about agriculture and organize various events to experience the farm and its natural surroundings.
